Dogs on Bridlington Beaches

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council bans dogs on the main area of the beaches from May 1st – 30th September.

Signs are clearly displayed so it should be obvious to dog owners which areas are out of bounds.

Any dog owners who disregard the rules could face up to a £500 fine.

On the North side dogs are allowed beyond the coastguard station and on the South side they are allowed to walk beyond the boat launch.

Please leave only footprints in the sand when you visit the area and pick up your litter and dog waste.

If you need any further clarification please call the Tourist Information centre on 01482 391634 or foreshores on 01262 678255 or email them at
