East Riding Leisure Bridlington has added a range of new classes to its regular programme. The centre now boasts a total of 85 classes a week, an increase of 15 over the previous programme.
New classes include Ballet Fit, a group exercise combining the grace of the ballet studio with the technique and methods of the fitness studio; Junior Circuits, aimed at younger members wanting to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle; Fitsteps, an energetic, upbeat dance class; and Aqua Circuits, pool-based sessions involving a range of different exercises. There are also more RPM classes, the indoor cycling workouts.
Councillor Richard Burton, portfolio holder for leisure, tourism and culture, said: "The class programme at East Riding Leisure Bridlington has been hugely popular ever since the centre opened last year, and I am delighted that we have been able to offer even more classes, and an even wider range of activities."
All these classes can be booked online at www.eastridingleisure.co.uk/bridlington, where full details of all available classes and all the facilities at East Riding Leisure Bridlington can be found.
