They include a lifeboat,  a cliff rescue and egg climbers before the practice was stopped after the war.

The photographs date from the 1930's. They came into Mr McIntoshes posession from his father Mr James McIntosh, whose sister Jane Constance married Jack Farrington in 1932 . Together they ran the George Hotel in the town in 1937.

Mr McIntosh is not sure how his family were connected to the Lifeboat service and any information anyone has regarding their connection woudl be gratefully received, if you wanted to contact us we woudl be very happy to send any information on.

All of the  photographs were processed by Alfred Hudson,  36 Cambridge Street Bridlington

This photograph shows Jack Farrington who seated centrally wearing glasses, his wife Jane Constance, nee McIntosh ,(known as Jean) is seated next to him.  The couple ran the George Hotel in Bridlington in 1937.
