Top View caravan park specialises in providing true away from it all holidays within the comfort of your own Caravan making it ideal for couples and the over 55's. In order to do our best to preserve the relaxing atmosphere we do not allow, hiring, commercial letting or sub-letting of caravans on the site.
Top view caravan park currently hosts 108 caravans within the peaceful grounds however in order to accommodate the ever increasing demand for truly quiet and relaxing holiday locations we are currently expanding the site to accommodate an additional 24 fully serviced caravan areas within a landscaped setting and are currently accepting enquiries on site vacancies either by telephone on 01262 468771 or email at info@topview-caravan-park.co.uk if you prefer the traditional methods of communication you may of course correspond in writing to the address at the top of the page also
The new sites are 42ft x 20ft and will accommodate units up to 40ft with individually allocated parking spaces
Facilities nearby include a small site shop on the neighbouring site providing the basic essentials, bread, milk, newspapers etc and of course the beach, both of which can be reached within 5 minutes walk.
For those looking for a relaxing game of golf or two there are some excellent golf courses in the local area, the closest being just 4 miles away.

Dogs are permitted at Top View caravan park however we do stipulate that they are kept on a short lead and exercised within the dog walk provided and any fouling is removed by owners in a responsible manner, failure by dog owners to consider other site users in this matter may result in their being asked to vacate the caravan park.
The popular market town of Driffield is close by, about 12 miles from Top View with the popular attractions of York, Scarborough, Whitby and the North Yorkshire Moors well within striking distance for an exiting day out.
