Bridlington Spa changes

I took a trip into town and had a look round the harbour followed by a visit to the Spa Theatre area to see what was happening there. My goodness what an upheaval. The roads are blocked off and just about every piece of the pavements and roads have been dug up. I really feel sorry for the businesses in that area and hope that it is all going to be worth it for them when all is complete.

New walls have appeared and the sea view appears to be vanishing, it is difficult to visualise a forest of trees there as well. Time will tell but I hope it will turn out well for all concerned.

Easter will soon be here and with a bit of luck the sun will be out again. There is always plenty to do in Bridlington so well worth a visit in spite of the changes.
