Bridlington is situated on the
Eastern Coast of England with convenient access by Sea and Air.
Bridlington is the Largest Town in The East Riding of Yorkshire -
which itself covers almost 1,000 square miles and stretches from the
river Humber and Spurn Point in the East - up the western edge to
the Towns and Villages of Pocklington - Market Weighton and Stamford
Bridge (where of course one of the most famous battles in the days
of William the Conqueror 1066 was fought) - and to Bempton &
Flamborough to the north.
Being a coastal resort Bridlington enjoys a healthy tourist trade
especially during the summer months, out of season tourism has
increased over the last few years due to the growing number of
sporting events and conferences held at at the excellent
entertainment venues within the town.
