Sand, sea and blue skies at Bridlington

The hot sunny weather has helped to bring visitors to the seaside. The bus was late due to heavy traffic but I could feel the holiday atmosphere as soon as I arrived in the town centre.

The lights have turned blue in the Spa Theatre cafe/bar

At last I have been able to visit the refurbished Spa Theatre in Bridlington. It has a nice clean look to it and is in keeping with a seaside frontage. It is possible to walk all around the outside of the building again, the seafront area having been closed off entirely while work was being done. Inside it is very pleasant and spacious.

Wednesday is market day....
